After using BET, I have a list of vtk, mesh, and mask files. After processing some of mask files using image processing tools such as brain segmentation , I need to update or recreate corresponding vtk and mesh files as well What is the best way to do it? Do I need to reconstruct the vtk, and mesh file from updated masked files?
