Hi Jean, The ANCOVA setup is similar to this example: https://fsl.fmrib.ox.ac.uk/fsl/fslwiki/GLM#F-Tests_.28Inter-Group_differences.2C_no_repeated_measures.29 , except that you have the nuisance variables. In the 'GLM setup' (Higher-level analysis) you'll have 3 t-contrasts that look like this: EV1 EV2 EV3 EV4 EV5 high low NC age sex 1 0 0 0 0 0 1 0 0 0 0 0 1 0 0 After setting the GLM to have 1 F-test, you should select these 3 contrasts (C1-C3) in the boxes with F1 (like in the link above).
