Hi Xiangyu,
Your z-stat file has voxels containing nan, which is causing cluster some problems. You can correct this with fslmaths and the -nan option, but it’s probably worth going back to your original data in case the nans originated there as it may affect any other results generated from that file.

Kind Regards
Matthew

Hi FSL community,

Recently I performed a correlation analysis with FLAME1 and used easythresh to threshold the outputs as follows:

easythresh zstat.nii.gz mask.nii.gz 2.3 0.05 mask.nii.gz zstat_thresh

however, the thresholded map still have lots of scattered small clusters all over the brain. I think the smaller clusters should be removed after corrections. Here are the dataset:

zstat map: https://www.dropbox.com/s/1rvwhsozuo42on8/zstat.nii.gz?dl=0

mask: https://www.dropbox.com/s/z85h9biigykwkpm/mask.nii.gz?dl=0

Would you please help to check about this? Thanks for your time.

Best,
Xiangyu
