Hello, I'm struggling with the creation of a f-test for an analysis on three groups that I am trying to do with HCP data in PALM. I have a contrast file which is organized as such: 1 0 0 0 1 0 0 0 1 I thought that my f-test contrast would be: 1 1 1 But I got the following error from palm: *Subscripted assignment dimension mismatch* Out of curiosity how would I perform a f-test with the groups as above except with a continuous measure?
