For almost 40 years, Global Business and Organizational Excellence (GBOE) has published articles and applied research that offer concrete guidance to organizations on operational issues. Published six times a year by Wiley, GBOE is now seeking new articles that deal with innovative approaches to achieving outstanding organizational performance in a global setting. GBOE has a strong practical orientation and its readership includes both academics and practitioners. Papers should be based on initiatives that are mature enough to have demonstrated their effectiveness. Extended literature reviews and papers primarily based on mathematical modeling are not suitable unless they clearly explain the practical relevance of their findings.
