Corpus Christi College, Oxford is advertising a Fixed-Term Stipendiary Lectureship in Ancient Greek History, from 1 January 2020 to 31 September 2020.

Corpus Christi College proposes to appoint a fixed-term Stipendiary Lecturer in Ancient Greek History for the period 1 January 2020 – 31 September 2020. The Lecturer will be required to teach for the undergraduate degrees in Lit Hum, CAAH and Ancient & Modern History for up to 8 hours weekly and should be able to provide tuition to students in all years. The Lecturer will be expected to share responsibility for the administration of the above Schools and provide pastoral care to students reading these subjects.

The Lecturer will receive a pensionable salary of £18,341, full High Table rights for the period of the appointment, a research allowance and an entertainment allowance.  He/she will be entitled to the use of a teaching room/office space in College but not to accommodation.
