Hey everyone, I recently ran into an error when trying to open Relion after an initial model job crashed. I thought it might be due to a corrupt default_pipeline.star file, so I deleted the failed initial model job and copied the default_pipeline.star file from the previous job into the default_pipeline.star file in the directory I run Relion from. However, Relion still failed to relaunch with the error below: XOpenIM() failed terminate called after throwing an instance of 'std::out_of_range' what(): basic_string::substr: __pos (which is 1) > this->size() (which is 0) /programs/share/capsules/lib/job.sh: line 120: 52514 Aborted (core dumped) "$SB_EXECFILE" "$@" I also tried using default_pipeline.star files from other jobs that worked previously, but I'm still running into the error above. Does anyone have recommendations for next steps to get Relion to launch again? Thanks in advance!
