Student advisors – like front facing staff who deal with all types of general enquiries from students.

Eg at Bedfordshire our advisors deal with all student enquiries including registration queries timetables accounts issues, letters, how to apply for different things like bursaries mitigations etc

Hi everyone

I am looking to do a benchmarking exercise to help as evidence for our upcoming CSE re-accreditation. I was hoping that some of you would be able to help me with following:

How many Student Advisors does your institution have? and how many students?
Do you have an SLA for responses to queries
if so what is it and what percentage of the time do you meet the SLA
Do you keep monthly/ termly or yearly statistics for how many students you have seen face to face, by email or telephone contact?
If so, please would you provide the details of recorded contacts for the period from 01/08/2018 - 31/07/2019

I would be really grateful for any responses and would be happy to provide information for UOB.
