Not sure about your error without spending more time looking at it, but matlab can be disabled with (drum roll please...): DISABLE_MATLAB=ON. ;)

That’s the first time I build on a machine with matlab on it (I didn’t know).
So SuperBuild decided to build matlab (is there a way to disable it?) and I ended up with this error
