Hi,

Continuing our successful programme of Communications internships, we have a new vacancy for a six-month paid internship. The intern would work on a diverse range of digital projects that relate to the ICR's external website and social media channels.

This would be a fantastic opportunity for a recent science graduate to learn what happens in a bustling Communications team at a leading research institute, and gain some great skills and experience.

For more details about the position and information on how to apply, please see: https://www.icr.ac.uk/intern

The deadline for applications is October 6th. For more background, also see this blog post by a former intern about his experiences in the role:

https://www.icr.ac.uk/blogs/science-talk-the-icr-blog/page-details/communicating-cancer-research-my-experience-as-an-intern-at-the-icr

We would hope to interview candidates in the week commencing 14th October. Informal enquiries to me are more than welcome.

Regards,

Keith Bradnam

Digital Strategy Manager,
The Institute of Cancer Research
