Job Vacancy – Programs Coordinator (Adelaide, Australia).

MOD. (Museum of Discovery) www.mod.org.au

MOD. is a strategic venture for the University of South Australia, aspiring to be Australia’s leading future-focused museum, provoking new ideas at the intersection of science, art and innovation. We aim to engage nationally on science and science outreach. Our focus is inspiring young adults to pursue careers in science, technology, engineering and maths, so that they continue an on-going relationship with these disciplines throughout their lifetime.

We’re looking for someone to fill the role of our new Programs Coordinator who will be excited planning alternative ways to communicate science, research and innovation. Someone who is keen to innovate approaches with schools to allow students to delve in deeper beyond the experience. And who’s not afraid to mix things up in pursuit of a fun Friday night out for our visitors. This is a new role for our team that rewards strategic thinking in the development of programs and events that connect to exhibitions and audiences.

Applications close Tuesday 24 September
