I've been asked to carry out climatic medicals which I believe needs to include a freezer/heat stress questionnaire.

The employees can enter an area of a maximum of 55 degrees C and minimum of -47degrees C.

Would anyone have a questionnaire they would be happy to share with me?

Any advice on whether I should be carrying out other specific tests would be much appreciated. Many thanks.
