Hi To be fair if the issues requiring risk assessments are complex I often recomend getting an occupational hygienist to do the risk assessments ...if no internal resource then hired in as a contractor. As an independent oh provider we do get asked to undertake health surveillance but we need to see and understand the risk assessments to be sure they are suitable and sufficient.
