Hi Renew,

The last three columns are actually the cluster centre-of-gravitiy in voxels. To obtain the coordinates in mm, you need to add the --mm flag to the cluster call.

You have a cluster with 2591 voxels and a statistic maximum of 9.52, with voxel co-ordinates 40,76,22 and mm coordinates 44.9,71.2,20.5

I had a problem processing fslvbm_3_proc because I didn’t have the design.mat and desig.con ready but it seems when I run randomise later it wasn’t too big of a problem. But perhaps that’s the explanation or anomaly to my problem. Should I rerun fslvbm_3_proc???? If the two columns is correct which is the correct value for Talairach or MNI coordinates of the corresponding cluster.
