Hi Saad,

No, I did not do anything other than Eddy_cuda.

Thanks,
Sara

Hi Sara

Did you do any “pre-processing” to the data prior to Eddy? (e.g. de-noising)

Cheers
Saad

Hi FSL team,

Using eddy_cuda to clean my DTI data, I have a few participants with extremely high CNR values like 1209812.8 or 1313354.9. The data visually looks okay but I am wondering what might be wrong causing this high value and how I should deal with it.

Thanks,
Sara
