Hi Andrade,

If you want to do an unpaired two-sample t-test between your two groups, you can follow the example here:

https://fsl.fmrib.ox.ac.uk/fslcourse/lectures/practicals/seg_struc/index.html#vbm
and just change the group sizes accordingly.

Dear experts:
I have an issue I don’t know how to address. When it comes to FSL VBM you need to do design.mat and design.con but both are done with an example in the tutorial where controls and patients is an even number ie 8 vs 8 but in my case is 76 vs 72. How should I do it with 76x76 matrix followed by a 72x72 matrix in "design.mat"? If that was the case there must have made another mistake somewhere else because my results are puzzling at best. I cannot really understand why the vast majority of results are unlabelled ROIs then.
Sincerely,
Andrade.
