Hi All.
We are an FE college working with a charity which provides counselling services to young people.
They have given us a contract to sign but the section on data protection is rather lacking and given the sensitive nature of data being shared we feel more needs to be added in.
Does anyone have any examples of contract clauses they would be willing to share with me?
