Dear SPM experts, May I ask how to set the contrasts between two covariates in a full factorial ANOVA analysis? For example, now I have factor one with four levels, and two continuous covariates, the interaction between factor1 and cov1 should be: [0 0 0 0 1 -1 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 1 -1 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 1 -1] The question is how to set the contrasts of cov1 x cov2 and factor1 x cov1 x cov2?
