Dear all, I would like to report the total GM volume and compare it between groups. For this, I use the "estime TIV"-->"TIV&GM/WM/CSF/WMH" and enter the .xml files issued from the preprocessing. However, I would like to know if these values are somehow affected by normalisation? If yes, are these the values that should be reported then? It is not clear for me.. Thank you in advance, Ariadna
