Summer Lecture Series: Written treasure, 29 August 18:30-20:30, Events Space Dear all, This is a quick reminder about our Summer Lecture Series event, 'Written treasure: correspondence from captured ships, 1652-1815'. Between 1650 and 1815, thousands of letters sent across the seas were seized from ships captured in war and presented to the High Court of Admiralty.
