Hi Heather,

I’ve found that if you can’t be specific enough then you have to search with phrases that you hope will be relevant that will exclude the irrelevant results.

Eg  ("children of stroke" OR "Children of head injured" OR "parental stroke")

You can use the phrase searching in google with ‘OR’ in capitals  to look for sentences with alternative terms, and use ‘*’ for up to 5 missing words

"parents OR mother OR father * stroke OR TBI"

Other terms you could use are a little broader:

"children of"

"had a stroke"

"child of"

"had OR suffered a stroke"

"child whose"

"traumatic brain injury"

"parental stroke"

"children of stroke"

stroke

"Children of head injured"

"head injured"

"head injury"

"parents who"

"head injured"

"mother who"

"father who"

"in the family"

"parental stroke"

(("children of" OR "child of" OR "child whose" OR "children of stroke" OR "Children of head injured" OR "parents who" OR "mother who" OR "father who" OR "in the family" OR "parental stroke")  AND  ("had a stroke" OR "had OR suffered a stroke" OR "traumatic brain injury" OR "parental stroke" OR stroke OR "head injured" OR "head injury" OR "head injured"))

Nothing much about SALT, even trying just speech in the title doesn’t work, but being a bit broader, tried adding  “Helping children”

("helping children"  AND  ("children of stroke" OR "Children of head injured" OR "parental stroke" OR "parents OR mother OR father * stroke OR TBI") )
