I’m also having an issue. I’ve just tried to add 5 results I selected from one set to 80 results saved from yesterday. The number saved went up to 83.

I tried with another set, saving an additional 2 selections, & now apparently I have 84 saved results.

I’ll be reporting it in a minute but just wanted to make sure people know to check the right number have been added to search results
