I am looking to conduct a training needs analysis to inform our skills training programme which currently includes; searching healthcare databases, critical appraisal, point-of-care tools and reflective reading for nurses and midwives.

 

I would be grateful if any service (particularly NHS libraries) who have conducted such an analysis would be willing to share their examples with me.
