Hello, I'm trying to install FSL on Windows 10, using Ubuntu 16.04 LTS running through WSL. Hard drive space is limited and kept causing installation problems, so I am installing on an external SD card, using /mnt/d/fsl as the install folder when prompted. Plenty of space there, > 100GB. Download stage is perfect. 'Installing FSL' displays for a good 15 minutes and all seems well. But then on 3 separate occasions, the installer stops with the line: <code> [FAILED] Unable to unpack FSL - Unable to unpack FSL </code> I'm trying to chase down the issue but not sure where to go next. The problem appears to be the try except on lines 2729-2782 of fslinstaller.py, which looks like it is locating the FSL directory.
