I'm receiving an error when running epi_reg with ASL and fieldmap data using fsl version 6.0.1. The fieldmap image was processed using fsl_prepare_fieldmap prior to running epi_reg and received no errors. The T1 and segmented white matter images were created using fsl_anat. The script being used is as follows: 

epi_reg --epi=ASLepi --t1=T1image --t1brain=T1_biascorr_brain --fmap=fmap_rad --fmapmag=fmapmag --fmapmagbrain=fmapmagbrain_ero --wmseg=wmseg --echospacing=0.00246 --pedir=-y --out=epi_reg

The error I receive is this: 

FLIRT pre-alignment

Registering fieldmap to structural

Running BBR with fieldmap

Image Exception : #75 :: 3D only method called by higher-dimensional volume.
