Hope everyone had a great Bank Hol in the sun and glad to be back at work :/

I just wondered if anyone had had any experience/tips of dealing with SARs which ask for all emails in Office 365 which mention the requestors name.

Our IT guys have showed me the 365 Compliance Tool for searches, but I wondered if anyone used any specific search criteria to help whittle down the results?

I don't think it helps when the requestor is an ex-colleague who had an email account with us for 7 years. All of their sent/received items are being pulled back too.

And yes... this has caused me to question email retention (I've not been here long).

One additional question whilst I'm on the SAR vein - has anyone set any "guidelines/indicators" around when they believe a request becomes complex?
