Dear Christian, Yes, I am segmenting non-T1 images. For what I want to do, CAT12 works appropriately while I assume that some segmentations will fail. The thing is that the ignoreErrors flag does not work for me. Maybe it is a MATLAB issue, even though I am using the 2012 version. Thank you for your attention, Christian.
