Hi Bethan Shillings are or were, a measure of the strength of beer or ale,
at least it was in Scotland in the 1970s when I was a barmaid!

  I guess this object might have been a label on something like a barrel or
keg rather than a 'price tag'.  But I don't know what would be 'heavy'
enough, in the beer/ale sense to be '120/-'.

I haven't googled anything yet
