Hello, I am trying to use FSL for generating a brain image as described in this tutorial https://github.com/miykael/3dprintyourbrain Everything is going very well, but now I'm having problems running the fslinstaller.py python fslinstaller.py -D Calculating fastest mirror Trying https://fsl.fmrib.ox.ac.uk/fsldownloads/ Attempting to open https://fsl.fmrib.ox.ac.uk/fsldownloads/fslmirrorlist.txt https://fsl.fmrib.ox.ac.uk/fsldownloads/fslmirrorlist.txt Not Found [FAILED] Not Found And when I try to check the fslmirrorlist.txt in my browser, it seems to be unavailable. Is there a server problem or something? Do you have somewhere I can manually download the items the script is trying to find? I bet I could modify the script to use local files if I could just get the linux binaries. Thanks for any help you can provide, I've been trying for a couple days now.
