Dear FSL list,

I'm using PALM software to perform permutation test in two different functional networks (IC001 and IC002) with voxelwise EVs.

I used two design matrices (1 for IC001 and 1 for IC002, which are identical): 20 rows (n^ of subjects; 10 for group) and 4 columns (1^ raw: group 1; 2^ raw: group 2; 3^ raw: motion; 4^ raw: voxelwise EV - filled up with 1s)

I run the following (I'm using Matlab R2014b):

>> palm -i IC001.nii -i IC002.nii -d Design_IC001.mat -d Design_IC001.mat -t Design_IC001.con -t Design_IC002.con -m MNI152_mask.nii -evperdat IC001_GM.nii 4 1 -evperdat IC002_GM.nii 4 2 -corrmod -corrcon -n 10 -accel tail -nouncorrected

The following message is error message:

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
