Thanks, Tim. I found the eddy_cuda9.1 version in fsl 6.0.1 but now am running into what looks like a memory issue. Here is the output I get:

Reading images
Performing volume-to-volume registration
Running Register

...................Allocated GPU # 0...................
terminate called after throwing an instance of 'thrust::system::system_error'
what(): device free failed: an illegal memory access was encountered
Loading prediction makerAborted (core dumped)

I have 118 GB free on this node, is that not enough? Thanks for any advice you can give.

Mark

Hi Mark,

There are different versions of eddy_cuda, linked against different version of the cudart libs. You need to have the CUDA lib version installed that matches the eddy_cuda version you have.

I would first check which CUDA version is installed (or available in the package system of your OS for easy installation), and check whether there is a version of eddy for that CUDA version.

I didn't get the part about 7.5. Is it not found, or does it give out-of-memory errors?

Best,

Tim

My system admin thought that 9.2 was not compatible with eddy_cuda so he installed 9.1, but now I am getting a message which seems to indicate that it is looking for version 7.5. I get the message "libcudart.so.7.5: cannot open shared object file".
