We have released a video on Fair Park in Dallas, Texas, the site of the 1936 Texas Centennial. The art and architecture make up a triumphalist vision of white supremacy. It defines itself as an empire exhibition in its own promotional literature. It has much in common with the other empire and colonial expositions and exhibitions of the 1930s. We have a current document, but it is being updated to include our learnings over the last six months. Expect to have the updated paper online by next Sunday. The 1936 Texas Centennial is being compared to the European and South African expositions. We would be interested in any Empire Exhibitions we have missed and some help with the Japanese ones.
