I am sorry to bother you, but I was trying to install the long range refine, sphere refine, tandem refine, etc. utilities in coot 0.9 for cryo EM map. I was following the instructions on the youtube video, however, when I typed in curlew() in python scripting interface, I got a completely empty list. Does anyone know why this is happening? I appreciate all the inputs!
