Dear Chloe

I'm always using one of the pair of articulated bones when possible. This makes it less probable that the bone is a residual contamination to the archaeological contexts and the date will actually represents the date the feature was accumulated.

Cheers
Mik

Dear zooarchers,

I have to send samples for analysis from two deer burials. Which bone should I choose? First of all, are there bones to favor?

Thanks for your help
