Hello experts, I am currently attempting to create a whole brain image displaying the percent relative difference in cortical thickness from one subject scanned in 2013 and again in 2019. The thickness file is a GIFTI file, which ImCalc cannot run suface level calculations on. If anyone is familiar of a CAT12 function that can perform this task, your advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, CT
