Newly introduced functionality aims to ease the creation of a VGA graph. For the preparation stage of VGA the process is to make a grid, fill the spaces of interest, make the graph and then add links. The pain point of researchers working with VGA though was that this process was irreversible, i.e. if one forgets to fill a space and makes the graph then there was no way to "unmake" it, fill up the missing space and then re-make it. To alleviate this a new function has been added (Tools -> Visibility -> Unmake visibility graph), which allows for exactly this reversal. Furthermore, the "linking" process has also been decoupled from the rest of the steps and now only requires that a point is filled. This means that linking can happen right at the same time as filling (before making the graph), or after making the graph.
