Hi Anthea, all, For helpsheets, I’d always recommend the Customer Success Centre built into NVivo 12. Click the question mark. As it’s a program, these are always kept up-to-date as updates are released. I have made a series of videos on YouTube that cover all of the basics of NVivo and some new one will come out in the next few weeks to cover advanced features. These videos work fine as a stand-alone, but we’re also designed to support teaching. They’re short, bite-sized introductions/reminders.
