I believe they've also done some environmental journalism.

Was hoping someone in the hive mind here might be able to help.
I am currently working on a programme where I am pairing environmental science researchers with storytellers in Peru and Colombia. Read more here (shameless work self-promotion).
I am currently looking into stakeholders in Peru and Colombia, or South America more generally, and wondered if anyone had any experience of public engagement with science (preferably environmental) in these countries?
As its literally half the world away I am unsure where to start, ideally the South American equivalent of the NCCPE would be great, but unsure how likely that is to exist!
Any pointers would be helpful, and any collaboration ideas I’m always willing to discuss.
Many thanks and happy Monday! J
