Dear Colleagues, I am writing to invite you to submit papers and participate in the 11th Rochester Conference on Coherence and Quantum Optics which will be held on the campus of the University of Rochester in the week of August 4-8, 2019. The paper submission deadline is July 5, 2019. This is the second and last announcement of this meeting. For names of invited speakers, a list of conference topics and registration information, see the conference webpage: https://www.rochester.edu/ccqo/cqo11/ This conference has been held since 1960, with a regular six-year interval between consecutive meetings. This allows presentation of overviews of progress made since the previous meeting, as well as reports of recent and current research. Tutorial and historical presentations as well as invited and contributed papers will be included.
