Permanent, Part-time, 17.5 hours per week

Location : London Salary : £27,764 to £30,673 Per Annum / Pro Rata, Inclusive of London Weighting

We are looking for an experienced individual who will support the Library and Learning Resources (LLR) department’s delivery of an effective e-resources service to staff and students.

The particular purpose of the role is to ensure the delivery of continuous access of LLR e-resources, databases and e-journals through timely and effective administration and management of our resources. This includes effective communication with budget holders, and accurate filing and recording of subscriptions and related information. Tasks also include daily staffing of the e-helpdesk for on/off campus access queries, troubleshooting problems relating to e-resources, updating EDS, Sierra and LibGuides records, and collating usage statistics.

The post holder will liaise day-to-day with colleagues within the Department, the University and the subscription agent that supplies the University’s electronic resources, so will need excellent communication skills as well as attention to detail.

We operate a flexitime system including a core-hours pattern on working days.
