Kim, I'm not aware of any of the top of my head but I would have thought you could make this bespoke without spending too much money. The hardest part would just be coming up with a system that worked in all the combinations that you wanted. once that is done you're probably just looking at a router bit and a lot of timber.

I’m thinking about a family event where children construct a building to take away (so it needs to be cheap) but not necessarily a pretty cottage or Tower Bridge or a waterwheel, which is all I can find.
