Dear FSL experts,

I am trying to run the non-gpu version of eddy (fsl 6.0.1) for the first time on a HARDI acquisition with multiple B0s throughout, shells at 1000 2500 and 4000, acquired with a multi-band factor of 2. I am getting the following error...

I am guessing that my submission is either missing a parameter or I submitted something incorrectly, but I do not know how to troubleshoot this. Any help would be appreciated.
