Dear experts, I was able to run fslNets in one of my dataset, however I have another dataset which I obtained from gRAICAR (for components consistency). When I run this part of the code [Znet_F,Mnet_F]=nets_groupmean(Fnetmats,0); I get the following error: Error using reshape To RESHAPE the number of elements must not change. Error in nets_groupmean (line 52) Znet=reshape(Znet,N,N); I would appreciate your help very much.
