Hello,

I am planning on using PALM to account for family structure in my HCP data, but I'm running into an error when I try to run the script that generates the Exchangeability Block file.

1) To generate the Exchangeability Blocks files, I ran hcp2blocks.m as directed on the instructions page (https://fsl.fmrib.ox.ac.uk/fsl/fslwiki/PALM/ExchangeabilityBlocks#EBs_for_data_of_the_Human_Connectome_Project). I get the following error when I run the script:

Error using warning
Formatted arguments cannot be non-scalar numeric matrices.

Error in hcp2blocks (line 182)

Any feedback for troubleshooting steps would be very helpful!
