Hi Ramesh, You can create as many masks as you want, as long as you have a prior belief for how you will interpret results for all these masks ( e.g. do you have a hypothesis for all masks as a whole or a number of separate unrelated hypotheses? ) . I am doing VBM analysis and I need to create several masks. I have a few questions related to this. Are there any limitations to creating masks? If there are more than five masks, for example in the frontal region, should I create a union of mask or can create a separate mask? Please let me know.
