Hi, Trying to run the latest version of EDDY but receive an error after the following command. >> eddy --imain=DIFF_137.nii.gz --mask=brain_mask.nii.gz --acqp=acqparams.txt --index=index.txt --bvecs=bvecs --bvals=bvals --out=eddy_corrected_data EddyInputError: Error when attempting to read --index file Terminating program This data has 137 volumes to submit to eddy, so my index file is simply a .txt file of 1x137 rows of "1". Running the latest version of FSL on Mac OSX 10.14.5. Please advise.
