Hello, I am trying to run randomise but I am getting this error: An exception has been thrown number of rows in design matrix doesn't match number of "time points" in input data! From fslinfo, I can confirm that there are 399 "time points" in the input data. Before converting the design matrix text file to a mat file, there are 399 lines in the text file but when I convert it to a mat file using Text2Vest, it gives me /NumPoints 398. I think this is because it starts counting from 0. How can I remedy this so that it will start counting from 1 and give me /NumPoints 399 ? Thank you for your help!
