Hello, I run dual_regression and it breaks in the middle of execution. I identified reading from the logs that the command FSLmaths is not working. Investigating more deeply I found that the command "-Bin" is not working. I checked the files .nii before and its ok. After the command , the image of .nii has not even a brain format. I tested calling a function from FSLmaths and delete the expression "-bin", after I check the file and it works and the .nii file is ok. Due to this problem the dual regression is breaking. I can show my command lines as well. Why the command "-bin " is not working? I carefully looked to my .nii files in order to find any problems, but it seems to be ok.
