Dear Saad,

thank you very much for your quick and clear response!
Unfortunately, I'm not quite sure how to use fslcpgeom, even after reading the usage. It seems to me that one needs two different image files for this. So what do I need to type in if I want my "all_rois"-file to work in probtrackx?

With kind regards

Marvin

Hi

We’ve seen this recently on the list and it seems to have to do with Ants perhaps not keeping some header information used within probtrackx2. One quick fix is to use fslcpgeom to re-introduce the correct header information in your transformed seed masks.

Cheers
Saad
