Hi,
     It looks like your higher-level inputs are a mix of first- and second-level analyses. I can’t be sure that it’s causing your issue, but can you try a ( maybe small ) run only using one type ( either first or second ) to confirm and if that works then expanding to use all the inputs of one type?
